Reformer Notes

Reformer notes are our plain-language guides to springs, footbar settings, and when to stop a movement. Clients receive short reminders after privates; group students can request a printed cue card for homework patterns.

We teach you to recognize rib flare, wrist load, and neck tension early. Machines are maintained regularly; report a sticky wheel immediately.

Reformer work here is classical-inspired with contemporary pacing—not circus choreography. If you want advanced skills, we build prerequisites first.

Read sessions for booking types, then email the studio with questions about which track fits you.

Notes avoid jargon where plain words work. When we use a classical name, we define it once. Your card is a memory aid, not a contract—bodies change, and so do appropriate loads.

If a note conflicts with how your body feels that day, tell the instructor—paper yields to present-tense feedback every time.
